Coach, Speaker, and leader development champion.  Shawn Schuldt has over 26 years of experience in leading organizations, coaching individuals, and building leader development programs.  

 

After serving 26 years in the United States Army, where he led organizations ranging from 400 to over 1,200 personnel with responsibilities across multiple organizations and geography, Shawn found a passion for bringing out the best in people.   

 

Shawn coaches individuals on how to become better leaders, whether they are in a current leadership role or are emerging leaders. He works with leaders to unlock their potential and inspire their growth by gaining clarity, defining success, and achieving greatness. 

 

Additionally, Shawn coaches veterans that are transitioning from the service into civilian careers.  As a veteran himself, he knows the skills, resources, and stress involved in making the leap into the civilian sector. 

 

Shawn is a member of the International Coaching Federation and a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
